INFORMATION LETTER

Dear colleagues! We invite you to the International scientific-practical conference on the theme “Actual problems and prospects of the study of the fauna” to be held at Karshi State University on November 7-8, 2024.

The purpose of the conference is to discuss the current problems and development prospects of zoology, the basics of conservation and sustainable use of the animal world, its protection and monitoring.

Official languages of the conference: Uzbek, Russian and English.

Materials of the conference are prepared and distributed in electronic form (in PDF format). Articles for the electronic collection are accepted in Uzbek, Russian and English languages. Submitted articles will be reviewed.

Conference directions:

• Current problems and prospects of studying invertebrate fauna;

• Current problems and perspectives of studying vertebrate fauna;

• Actual problems and solutions of zoological science and education;

• Parasitism, plant pests, biodamage and ecological safety problems.

To participate in the conference: The application completed in accordance with Appendix-1 should be sent to the organizing committee’s email address – qarduconference@mail.ru, before July 30, 2024.

Until September 30, 2024, it is necessary to send conference materials for publication in accordance with Appendix 2 (article length up to 3 pages). The authors are personally responsible for the information in the articles submitted to the conference. The editors have the right to reject articles that do not comply with the scientific focus of the conference, the design requirements and those sent after the deadline.

The amount of payment required for publishing articles for inclusion in the collection of conference materials: for professors, doctoral students, scientific and practical employees - 80,000 (eighty thousand) soums, for Masters and students - 40,000 (forty thousand) soums, for foreign participants - free of charge.
