Djurayev Hurshid Gaybulayevich was born on July, 19 1983 in Guzar district Kashkadarya region.

Djurayev Hurshid Gaybullayevich graduated from Karshi Institute of Engineering Economics in 2005. His career started in 2006 as a Designer of the educational department of the Karshi Institute of Engineering and Economics. From 2006 he became an accountant of the private production enterprise named "Gidrotexnika-irrigatsiya". 2006-2015 worked as a  chief specialist, head of department, deputy director for economic issues of the engineering company at Kashkadarya region government. From 2015 till 2017 he becomes deputy Hokim of Guzor district of Kashkadarya region for Economic and social development, service and entrepreneurship issues. In 2017 worked as a deputy director of the Engineering Company of the Kashkadarya Regional Government for Economic Issues and Acting Director of the Company. From 2017 till 2019 he becomes a deputy director of “Qishloq qurilish invest” of the Kashkadarya regional branch of the limited liability engineering company for economic issues. In 2019-2022 worked as a director of company named “Infratuzilmani rivojlantirish bo‘yicha injiniring kompaniyasi (Infrastructure Development Engineering Company)” under the Ministry of Pre-School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2022-2023 worked as the head "Uzsuvtaminot" "Engineering Company for the construction of water supply and wastewater facilities" of the territorial department of Kashkadarya region, Uzbekistan.

From March, 17 2023 he is working in the position of Vice-Rector of Financial and Economic Affairs at Karshi State University.
