Erasmus+ Exchange Brings Italian Expertise to Karshi State University

In collaboration with the University of Pisa in Italy, Karshi State University welcomed Professor Mario Giorgi from Pisa’s Faculty of Medicine as part of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility program. During his visit, Professor Giorgi conducted hands-on pharmacology lessons for third-year medical students at Karshi State University, offering them a unique opportunity to benefit from international expertise in the field. This initiative is part of a broader academic exchange between the two universities. From 2023 to 2026, it is planned that three professors, along with three postgraduate students (master’s and doctoral candidates), from Karshi State University will participate in the mobility exchange program at the University of Pisa, further enhancing their academic and research experience.
