Cultural Event in Germany Marks Anniversaries of Alisher Navoi and Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur

On February 15, at Uzbekistan Embassy in Germany, a cultural and enlightening event was held to commemorate the 583rd anniversary of the great poet and thinker Alisher Navoi and the 541st anniversary of the prominent scholar Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur.

The significance of this event was heightened by the simultaneous presence of esteemed representatives from Karshi State University, who are currently on a short-term academic internship in Germany. Professor G. Tojiyeva, Associate Professor N. Mahmudova from the Department of German Language and Literature, and S. Shodixonov, an instructor from the Distance Learning Department, actively participated in the event.

It is worth noting that the faculty members from Karshi State University are currently undergoing a brief academic internship at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, further strengthening the academic ties between the two countries.
