Honoring the Defender's Day: Military-Sports Competitions at Karshi State University

Today, military-sports competitions were held at the main stadium of the Karshi State University in honor of the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Day of Defenders of the Motherland.

Military officers from the headquarters of the National Guard in the Kashkadarya region and cadets from the Higher Military Aviation School in the city of Karshi were invited to participate in the competition. The sports event began with the State Anthem, followed by speeches praising the participants. Those who spoke congratulated the participants on the upcoming holiday.

During the competition, university students and cadets from the Higher Military Aviation Training Center demonstrated their skills in activities such as archery, lifting weights, and gymnastics.

At the end of the sports event, the winners, both among university staff and students, were honored by the town''s public association with diplomas, medals, and honorary awards.
