Kashkadarya Visit: Minister Launches New Academic and Research Centers at Karshi State University
During his official visit to the Kashkadarya Region, Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations, Kongirotboy Sharipov, took part in the inauguration of two new facilities at Karshi State University: the Tourism Practice Center and the Laboratory for Alternative Energy Sources. These facilities are set to enhance the university’s educational and research capabilities.
In addition to the opening ceremony, Minister Sharipov, accompanied by university officials, also inspected several key areas of the university. This included the Biochemistry and Microbiology laboratories within the Faculty of Medicine, the Academic Activities and Registrar’s Office (Student Service Center), and a new 1,000-seat educational building that is scheduled to open in the upcoming academic year.
The minister commended the university’s commitment to improving its infrastructure and academic offerings. He emphasized the importance of integrating modern facilities into the educational environment to better prepare students for future challenges and innovations. This visit highlights the ongoing efforts to enhance educational standards and support the development of advanced research in the region.
