Amir Temur Honored with Bilingual Presentations and Cultural Performances at KarSU

Amir Temur is recognized as one of the most prominent statesmen of the medieval era—a great commander, founder of a powerful centralized state, and a patron of science and culture. He also stands as one of the revered historical figures who continues to inspire our people with a strong sense of national identity, values, and traditions. In honor of the 689th anniversary of Amir Temur’s birth, a series of spiritual and educational events are being held across educational institutions, including Karshi State University. At the Faculty of Foreign Languages, an event titled “Sahibqiron Amir Temur – A Great Statesman and a Man of High Spirituality” was organized. During the event, students shared information about Amir Temur in both Uzbek and English, and presented stage performances, music, and traditional dances to celebrate his enduring legacy.
