Psychologists’ Forum Explores Student Well-Being in the Digital Age

At Urgench State University, a Republican Psychologists’ Forum titled “Psychological Well-being of Students in the Digital World: Challenges and Solutions” was held on November 22–23 in honor of International Psychologists’ Day (November 22). The event brought together nearly one hundred psychologists from various higher education institutions. During the seminar, participants delivered presentations on topics such as methods to prevent gadget and social media addiction, fostering digital hygiene in higher education institutions, and the negative impact of digital dependency on students’ educational processes. The forum also featured A. Khusanov, a psychologist from the KarSU Psychological Support Center. As part of the forum activities, the psychologists also had the opportunity to tour the historic city of Khiva.
