Navoiy State Pedagogical Institute Rector Explores Karshi State University’s Academic Landscape

The Rector of Navoiy State Pedagogical Institute, Professor Mukhiddin Kalonov, visited Karshi State University to familiarize himself with its operations.

Karshi State University comprises 13 faculties and 45 departments, offering 65 undergraduate programs, 26 master's programs, and 27 doctoral specialties. Additionally, the university hosts 6 scientific councils, 1 research center, 9 scientific laboratories, and 25 educational laboratories.

During his visit, Professor Kalonov closely examined the educational laboratories of the faculties of Chemistry-Biology, Physics, and Medicine, as well as the Library, the Laboratory for Alternative Energy Sources, the Tourism Practical Training Center, and the Academic Affairs and Registrar’s Office (Student Services Center). He was provided with detailed information about the opportunities created for quality education, as well as ongoing scientific and innovative projects.

Karshi State University is recognized as one of Uzbekistan’s leading institutions, supporting a global approach to education and research. This visit aims to foster long-term collaborative relationships between the two universities in educational-methodological and scientific-research areas.
