Visiting Professor from Quaid-i-Azam University of Pakistan, Muhammad Zafar, Started his Scholarly Activities at KarSU
According to the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between Karshi State University and Quaid-i-Azam University of Pakistan, Professor Muhammad Zafar, Head of the Department of Plant Science of the university, started leading seminars and delivering lectures for KarSU Biology students from September 11 to 22.
On the first day of the visit, Professor Muhammad Zafar had group sessions with undergraduate and postgraduate students. During the sessions, they had group discussions on the natural flora of Pakistan and research on plant biotechnology at the Quaid-i-Azam University.
After that, the professor delivered a lecture to the masters on "Modern problems of studying biodiversity conservation. The importance of biodiversity in the use and preservation of biosphere resources"
The following day, Professor Muhammad Zafar conducted seminars and lectures on "The role of biological science in the national economy, the importance of bioresources in solving food problems, and modern researches in biological science" for the students of the academic lyceum of the university.
