Empowered Women, Enlightened Society: A Forum on Science and Progress

As part of the “Educated Women – The Mirror of Society” week, Karshi Engineering and Economics Institute hosted a women’s forum titled “Women Scientists – Nurturing the Future of the Nation.” The event commenced with an opening ceremony in the institute’s main building foyer, followed by an exhibition showcasing scientific research achievements from regional universities and traditional folk art pieces. The forum continued with a spiritual and educational seminar in the “Enlightenment and Education Room” under the theme “Women Scientists in the Development of New Uzbekistan.” Professors from Karshi State University, including G. Uzoqova and M. Mamatova, delivered insightful lectures on topics such as “Enhancing Women’s Social, Political, and Legal Status as a Key Priority” and “The Role of Tea in the History of Uzbekistan’s Peoples.” Discussions highlighted key priorities of the state program for improving public health and human potential, the crucial role of women scientists in social progress, and the dedication of enlightened mothers in raising a well-rounded generation.
