Labor activity

Work capacity was established in 2012 in the field of psychology at the 35th general secondary school of Karshi, Kashkadarya region. From 2015 to 2023, he worked as the director of the Student Campus, teacher of the Department of Pedagogy, tutor of the Faculty of Pedagogy at Karshi State University. From 2023 until now, he has been working in the Department of Work with Youth of Karshi State University.

This department was established by the order of the Rector of Karshi State University No. ___dated November 16, 2023

Main tasks

·      they help students and young people in their education, as well as in meaningful organization of their spare time, educate them in the spirit of humanity, justice, hard work, love for the Motherland, eliminate all issues and problems that arise in the process of education in the established order implementation of activities aimed at;

·      organizes regular visits of tutors to the residences of students living in student residences, rented and private apartments, to study the conditions and problems of students there and to take measures to improve them;

·      to protect the legal interests of students and young people, to create opportunities for rational use of the created conditions, to provide practical assistance in solving their problems, and to take appropriate measures for their study, science, living and recreation;

·      the activity of the department is carried out on the basis of the current legal documents, the internal rules of the higher education institution and the code of ethics, as well as the department's charter;
