Labor activity

In 1989, he started his work as a teacher of English language and literature at School No. 7 in Guzar district of Kashkadarya region. From 1990 to 1994, he worked at the Department of Uzbek Philology at Karshi State University as a lecturer. From 1994 to 2001, he was a supervisor of the Educational Department and a teacher at the Department of Uzbek Philology at Karshi State University. From 2001 to 2014, he was the head of the Educational department, deputy head of the Department of Philology, and a senior lecturer at Karshi State University. From 2014 to 2021, he was the deputy head of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Karshi State University, and a senior lecturer at the Department of Literature. From 2021- to present, he is the dean of the Foreign Languages Faculty at Karshi State University, and since 2021, serving as the dean of the Faculty of Romano-Germanic Philology at Karshi State University. In 2021-2023, he is the dean of the Faculty of Romano-Germanic Philology of Karshi State University. Since 2023, he has been working as the dean of the Faculty of Philology of Karshi State University.

History of the faculty

The Karshi branch of the Bukhara United Pedagogical and Teachers' Institute was established (1945). In 1956, this branch was transformed into the Karshi State Pedagogical Institute and the Faculty of History and Philology was established. Since 1963, he has started training specialists in Uzbek philology. In 1977, the Faculty of Philology was separated from the Faculty of History and Philology as a separate faculty. In 1989, the faculties of history and philology were united. In 2008, this faculty was divided into two separate faculties. The Faculty of Uzbek Philology was established as the Faculty of Philology in the new organizational structure of Karshi State University approved by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2011. In the new organizational structure of Karshi State University approved in August 2014, it was called the Faculty of Uzbek Philology. The Faculty of Uzbek Philology was named the Faculty of Philology in the new organizational structure of Karshi State University approved in November 2018 by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In the academic year 2022-2023, 1650 students are studying at the Faculty of Philology: full-time education.
