Bekpulatov Ilkhom Rustamovich was born in 1985 in the city of Termiz, Surkhandarya region. He graduated from Termiz State University (bachelor’s degree) in 2008 and Samarkand State University (master’s degree) in 2012. Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, associate professor.

Ilkhom Bekpulatov started his career as a lab assistant at Samarkand State University in 2012.  He later held various positions as an assistant at the Department of Theoretical Electrical Engineering and Electronic Technologies, a senior research fellow at the Department of General Physics, a senior teacher at the Department of General Physics at Tashkent State Technical University, as well as a senior teacher of the Department of General Sciences at the Ministry of Emergency’s Academy. He also worked as a senior teacher of the department, an associate professor of the Department of General Physics, and the head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Tashkent State Technical University. Since September 23, 2023, he has been working in the position of Vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations at Karshi State University.
